Our technicians travel to the site where the RAFER equipment will be installed and check the operating parameters before starting up, such as :

Chain tension
Wheel alignment
The lubrication system
Starting up the application with no load.
      No-load starting tests are carried out
Why choose installation assistance ?
The installation parameters of RAFER chains and wheels have a major effect on their service life. A written report is produced for every installation assistance service, which is then sent to the technical correspondent. Our technicians share their own experience, offering advice on the preventive maintenance to be carried out.
